Hello friends, an important message from Pastor Kelly:

In-person worship will be suspended for August 1st. There will be a recorded service (including music) that will be posted on Sunday. The Scripture and sermon will be posted on our website and Facebook.

We have all been enjoying the benefits of lower infection rates and the higher rates of safety related to vaccinations. That new normal was only temporary, and we need to respect our current reality. The CDC has Saratoga County listed as needing to wear masks and social distance effective immediately, regardless of our vaccination status.

We had made a 3% rolling 7-day COVID positivity rate the criteria for suspending worship, and now the 7-day average is 4.5%. Your health and well-being is our priority, as well as the protection of others. We must each do our part so we ALL come through this trying time safely.

May God bless and keep you. Remember the importance of caring for your neighbors and your church family. Continue to offer your financial support to the church, and send in prayer requests. We will keep everyone updated through Ministry Matters, Facebook, and the website.

Today was week four of the “Reforesting Faith” series; Pastor Kelly’s message was titled, “Jacob’s Wooden Ladder,” using Genesis 28:11-22. Music included “For the Beauty of the Earth,” “Touch the Earth Lightly,” “We Are Climbing Jacob’s Ladder,” and (of course) “Trees of the Field.”

​This Tuesday afternoon, the baptism of Riley Parker Sheeran, daughter of Jim & Kim and granddaughter of John & Linda, was celebrated at the church. Linda, who loves to share her church photos with all of us, naturally was even more eager to do so for this event!
